STORY
Action Traffic Maintenance was founded in 1982 and began as a maintenance of traffic barricading company. A short time later, we entered the permanent signing industry which became the company’s primary focus. For three generations, the same family with the same ethics and principals has led this company. With the hard work of our entire team, we have become the premier sign, guardrail, fence, cable barrier, traffic control and drilled shaft contractor in Michigan. Our mission is to continue to provide superior service to the heavy highway industry at competitive rates while prioritizing our employees and their safety. Through technological enhancements and cutting-edge industry developments, Action Traffic Maintenance will continue to be the premier specialty contractor in Michigan.

Timothy manages the fabrication of all signage with 10 years of experience in building signs. He coordinates with various crews to get them their material when they are needed. The Signing Divisions prime focus is currently building its capacity to produce flat-sheet signs to bring quality products to counties as well as the state.

In addition to traditional CPA services, he was also a contracted CFO, business consultant, and transactional accountant. Since 2015 Jeff has been responsible for everything financial.

She is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP, PHR) with a B.A. in Communication from Western Michigan University and an M.S. in Organization Development from Villanova University. Jennifer’s primary focus is upholding Action Traffic’s family-oriented culture while driving strategic innovation in the Heavy Highway Construction industry. She is dedicated to supporting business growth, developing talent, and fostering a safety-first environment where team members’ well-being is always a top priority.
